The short version: Use With kindly. Don't try to break it. The Premium purchase is yours forever (paid through Apple). We provide With as-is and we're not liable if things go wrong.
By downloading, installing, or using With ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
The App is provided by STM Holdings LLC ("we," "us," "our").
You must be at least 13 years old to use With, and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18) to make in-app purchases. By using the App, you confirm you meet these requirements.
With is designed for one-to-one connections between two individuals who know and trust each other. It is not a social network, a public messaging service, or a platform for interacting with strangers.
With uses your iCloud account for sync. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. Your data lives in your iCloud — we do not have it, store it, or have any way to recover it on your behalf.
You can disconnect from your paired person at any time within the App. You can delete all data by removing the App and clearing With's iCloud data through Settings.

With Premium is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase ($6.99 USD, subject to local pricing and Apple's currency conversion).
Premium is yours forever — there is no subscription, no renewal, and no expiration. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID.
All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies and must be requested through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). We cannot issue refunds directly.
The moods, phrases, and emoji available within With (including the Late Night category) are owned by us and are designed for use between two consenting adults in a private, one-to-one connection.
The Late Night category contains romantic phrases intended for couples. They are not explicit. If this content is not appropriate for your situation, simply do not use that category — all other categories work fine without it.
With depends on Apple's iCloud, CloudKit, push notification, and StoreKit services. If any of these services are unavailable, With may not function as expected.
We make no guarantee that With will be available at all times, or that messages will always be delivered instantly. iOS may throttle widget updates and notifications based on device state, low power mode, and other factors outside our control.
With is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your expectations. You use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STM Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, relationship issues, missed messages, or emotional distress.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the past twelve months (which for most users is $0 or $6.99).
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective" date and notify you within the App before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.
You can stop using With at any time by deleting the App. We may terminate or restrict access to the App if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
