None. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data. The only information stored is in your own iCloud account, via Apple's CloudKit framework, which we use to synchronize moods between you and the person you pair with.
The data stored in your iCloud (not by us) includes:
All of this data lives in your iCloud account and your partner's iCloud account. We do not have access to it. We cannot read it. We cannot retrieve it on your behalf.
With contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs of any kind. We do not know if you opened the app today, how often you use it, which moods you send, or anything else about your behavior.
Because With uses Apple's iCloud, CloudKit, and StoreKit services, Apple may collect information about your use of the app under Apple's own privacy policies. We have no visibility into or control over Apple's data practices.
Push notifications are routed through Apple's Push Notification Service (APNs). The mood content (sender name, emoji, phrase) is included in the push payload so your widget can update in real time — this passes through Apple's infrastructure, not ours.
With offers one optional in-app purchase: With Premium, a $6.99 one-time non-consumable purchase. Payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment information. Apple notifies us only that an anonymized purchase has been verified — we do not learn your name, email, payment details, or Apple ID from this.
With is rated 4+ and contains no content harmful to children. However, the app's intended audience is two adults in a personal connection (couples). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, since we do not collect personal information at all.
To delete the data stored in your iCloud account:
Once deleted from iCloud, the data is gone permanently. Since we don't have a copy, we cannot restore it for you.
If we change this privacy policy, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll notify you within the app before they take effect.
